Who we are

This website is operated for Philanthropy by Grey Mirror, a service of Grey Mirror LLC ("Grey Mirror," "we"). Grey Mirror LLC is the data controller for information submitted through this site. It is an informational site with one purpose: letting nonprofit leaders tell us what isn't getting done.

What we collect

The only information this site collects is what you choose to send through the inquiry form: your name, work email, role, organization, an optional website address, your description of what is stuck, and an optional note on timing. Submitting the form requires your consent to store the inquiry and contact you about it.

What we don't collect

This site runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, no tracking cookies, and no third-party scripts. We do not buy, sell, or trade contact lists. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs, such as IP addresses, to operate and secure the service.

How inquiry information is used

Inquiries go to Grey Mirror for personal review. We use what you send to evaluate fit, reply to you, and prepare for a conversation if we invite one. We do not add you to marketing lists or automated sequences.

Sharing

Inquiry information is shared only within the Grey Mirror team, with service providers that deliver or store messages for us, or where the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and your choices

We keep inquiries as long as they are useful for evaluating or serving an engagement, then delete them. You can ask us at any time to correct or delete what you sent, or to stop contacting you, by replying to any message from us or submitting a request through the inquiry form.

Preview builds

In preview builds of this site, inquiry delivery is disabled. The form tells you when that is the case, and nothing you type is transmitted or stored.
