Who we are
This website is operated for Philanthropy by Grey Mirror, the dedicated Grey Mirror LLC execution vertical for nonprofits, foundations, fiscal sponsors, regrantors, and organizations carrying grant-funded work ("Grey Mirror," "we"). Grey Mirror LLC is responsible for information submitted through this site.
Information you submit
The inquiry form asks for your name, work email, role, organization, an optional website address, your description of what you are trying to make real, and an optional note on why it matters now. Submitting the form requires your consent to store the inquiry and contact you about it. The submission passes through our form-delivery provider, currently Resend, and is delivered to Grey Mirror’s email systems.
Technical information and tracking
The current site does not use analytics, advertising pixels, tracking cookies, or third-party browser scripts. Our hosting provider, currently Vercel, may keep standard technical logs such as IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, and timestamps to operate and secure the service. We do not buy, sell, or trade contact lists.
How inquiry information is used
Inquiries go to Grey Mirror for personal review. We use what you send to evaluate fit, reply to you, and prepare for a conversation if we invite one. We do not add you to marketing lists or automated sequences.
Sharing
Inquiry information may be available to Grey Mirror team members who need it, service providers that host the site or deliver and store messages, professional advisers where necessary, or other parties when required by law. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and your choices
We retain inquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate and respond to the inquiry, serve any resulting engagement, meet legal or recordkeeping obligations, and resolve disputes. Provider backups and technical logs may follow separate deletion schedules. You may ask us to correct or delete what you sent, or to stop contacting you, by replying to any message from us or submitting a request through the inquiry form. We will respond subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping needs.
When delivery is unavailable
With JavaScript off, the form cannot submit and nothing you type is transmitted. If delivery is disabled in a particular build, the form says so before sending. If a network or provider error occurs after submission begins, delivery may be unconfirmed; your entered information remains on the page so you can retry.
